Established in 1990, Yates, Thorn & Associates is a firm of professional planners located in Victoria, British Columbia. We offer a proven service to governments, public agencies and not-for-profit organizations faced with issues involving strategic and operational planning and resource allocation decision-making.
Our experience has shown that planning is effective when cast in the right context, incorporates the right content and occurs within an appropriate process.
